This session underlines the differences inherent in paediatric fractures comparative to adults.

The session will cover common paediatric injuries and their managment, bone growth and development and the basics of interpreting paediatric limb xrays. This will be consolidated with case studies.

Common red flags are included and indications for referral to specialist care.  A practical component will be included as part of this workshop covering casting/splinting techniques.
