To secure your place, we accept payment at least two weeks prior to the course through direct bank transfer. Registration is only complete once full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email from Core Medical Education.

Cancellations:

We understand that in healthcare, schedules can change. Your presenters have spent much of their careers assisting people and providing the best outcomes. We will do our utmost to accommodate changes or cancellation but some conditions do apply. Please read our terms and conditions and our cancellation policy below for further information and feel free to email us with any further questions you may have.

Cancellation policy:

We hope that you don’t need to cancel your attendance, however if you do, these are the terms and conditions:

Full refund:

Written cancellation (by email ) must be received at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the commencement of the course or seminar.

Partial Refund:

In the event that less than 14 days notice is given, Core Medical Education reserves the right to offer a 50% refund, or partial credit.

No Refund:

If you cancel within 1 week (7 days) of the seminar or, if you’re registered for a seminar and fail to attend.

Core ME reserves the right to cancel sessions which are under subscribed. If cancellation should be necessary candidates who have booked will be offered a full refund of the costs paid to Core ME, or may accept an offer to attend a rescheduled course. Participants who accept a rescheduled course will be subject to the Core ME cancellation policy.

Core ME reserves the right to change course layout to accommodate guest speakers, or to improve the educational experience for participants.
